Master Financial Model Building

Transform your analytical skills with our comprehensive 12-month program starting September 2025. Learn from industry experts who've built models for FTSE 100 companies.

Why Financial Modelling Matters Now

Every business decision relies on numbers. But raw data means nothing without proper analysis. That's where financial modelling comes in — and honestly, it's what separates good analysts from exceptional ones.

  • Build dynamic models that actually work in real business scenarios

  • Master Excel and Python for financial analysis — both tools you'll use daily

  • Learn from professionals currently working at major UK financial firms

  • Create a portfolio of models you can show potential employers

  • Small cohorts mean personal attention — maximum 20 students per group

Your Learning Journey

We've designed this program based on what employers actually need. No theory for theory's sake — just practical skills you'll use from day one.

Months 1-3

Foundations & Excel Mastery

Start with the basics but move quickly. You'll learn advanced Excel functions, data validation, and error checking. By month three, you'll be building basic DCF models that actually balance.

Months 4-6

Advanced Financial Models

Three-statement models, LBO analysis, and merger models. This is where it gets interesting. You'll work with real company data and learn how to handle the messy reality of financial statements.

Months 7-9

Python & Automation

Excel is powerful, but Python is transformative. Learn to automate data pulls, create dynamic dashboards, and build models that update themselves. This is what sets our graduates apart.

Months 10-12

Capstone Project

Build a comprehensive model for a real company. Present to industry professionals. Polish your portfolio. Graduate with something concrete to show employers.

Learn From Practitioners

Our instructors aren't just teachers — they're working professionals who use these skills daily at investment banks, consulting firms, and corporate finance departments.

Marcus Aldridge

Senior Analyst, Barclays Investment Bank

Builds equity research models covering FTSE 250 companies. Previously worked at EY's financial advisory practice. Loves explaining complex concepts in simple terms — which is exactly what you need when learning discounted cash flow analysis.

Dimitri Thornfield

Director, Corporate Development

Spent eight years in private equity before moving to corporate strategy. Has built acquisition models worth over £500 million. Knows exactly what hiring managers look for because he is one.

Elena Blackwood

Python Developer & Financial Analyst

Started as a traditional analyst, then taught herself Python to automate everything. Now builds automated reporting systems for hedge funds. She'll show you how to make your models work smarter, not harder.
